6.2.3 Faculty Activity Database

Every faculty member should pay attention to his or her accomplishments and goals achieved during the current academic year. Completing forms by each member either annually or semi-annually is now customary to document their research, teaching, and service activities. The chair uses this information in an annual review with each faculty member. Decisions about rewarding academic productivity are made at least partially on the basis of this activity database.
